a connection is made

to the takers of the special advance screening tix: hope you liked the movie.  i couldn’t make it cause i was out at the gym, although i’ll be there in a heartbeat if it were 300 or transformers.  :p 

i think i spent about 4 hours working out today.  an hour this lunch hour, and 3 hours tonight.  since i already mentioned about gym time, let me just put today’s log in here:

12-1: abs, biceps, and rear-shoulder supersets

6-6:40: run (5 mph for 5 mins/6 mph for 5 mins/6.5 mph for 10 mins/7 mph for 20 mins/10-12 mph intermittently for 5 mins)

6:40-7:30: ab workout

7:30-8:30: chest/bicep/back supersets

8:30-9: ab/tricep workout… stretch  

mooks, i’m getting there.  everybody seems to be wearing their ipods at the gym these days.  i’m doing this routine before i visit the bay area, phoenix, and hawaii for weddings (boston’s short notice this march will be too late… joanne, beantown called me but nyc is next).  possibly toronto or somewhere out of the country as well. 

i will be sleeping like a log tonight.

i have never seen you, nor have i felt how it is to be with you.  but the same epiphany has haunted me to let go of my hesitation to learn more about you.  i’d like to take charge and see what it’s like –  to see how the world looks like through your eyes, to feel how every moment embraces your innermost desires, and to think how you conjure those intricate memories so you can bring them back with resplendent surprise.  it’s like we’re bound together by a seamless ether, moving from your dimension to mine, connected by the only heavenly body that inundates the very meaning of our lives: the sky.

ha!  didn’t really rhyme.  more soon.  wanarace101, i was thinking of doing all of these by the end of the week… 🙂
