so much to do, so i guess one at a time… or 5 per day.
no wonder cramming was effective during the last minute. a bunch of pros claimed that whatever you read, see, listen to, talk about, and experience, during the last 45 minutes of the day has a huge influence on your sleep and your (experiences the) next day. don’t blame me, i also believe in subliminal learning if used the right way, entering into the alpha brain wave state of consciousness or whatever every night. my thoughts, my personal opinion and tried experience, your respected comments…
so i’ve been going online trying to find out how the term ‘reverse racism’ is really defined. to tell you the truth, there’s a ton of perspectives from people of all walks and where they’re coming from with their statements. discrimination is out there, but education and positive affirmation does change your way of thinking to a better perspective. i always go for the latter despite the ignorant or ‘unconsciously naive’ strangers out there who act the way they do. i forgive them, and just by reading an article about forgiveness, i felt an inexplicable surge of energy flow through my back and take the enigmatic ‘heaviness’ off my shoulders. the writer must have gotten his message across effectively. ok, i get nasty at times, but some people just need to learn something from their misinformed beliefs. i used to stay passive or silently say ‘whatever’ to a negative person or experience, but it doesn’t help the situation. i’m sure y’all can relate.
what went on the past week? live 8 in philly. 4th of july celebration in dc. such milestones. still, life has been 90% positive these days. the 10%? that’s for the others to fill in with the rest of their happiness.
